Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core structure for a take-up motion, which saves a number of core bodies employed differing from existing systems, requires no special skill of operators, establishes complete secondary integration of a core body into a core, and includes no fear of causing a failure in its operation.
SOLUTION: A core structure for a take-up motion comprises a core ring body 1 and a disk core body 2 inserted in the core ring body on the inner periphery thereof and formed at its center with a through hole 3 into which a rotary shaft is inserted. The core body 2 is formed on its outer periphery at least one portion with a notch 5, at which a top member 7 is provided so as to be urged in a direction tangential to the core body 2 with respect to the outside diameter thereof. The top member 7 is shaped at its top face into an arc so as to have thicknesses gradually reduced from its base end to its tip and is knurled at the top face for preventing its slips, the urging means for the top member 7 is a spring 9, and the core body 2 is formed at least the notch 5 with a flange 6 for guiding the top member 7.
