Abstract:
PURPOSE:To utilize and increasing ratio of force applied to an eccentric shaft and reaction applied to a crank pin for boosting by converting the reaction applied to the crank pin of a guide rotor into an instant center of a mechanism rotating on a pitch circle of a fixed gear. CONSTITUTION:A gear 4 fixed to a bearing housing 1 and a rotary mechanism 2 which has a sliding surface 15 on the side of an outer rotor 13 are assembled through bearings 3, 7 and screwed to each other. A crank 18 is fixed to a guide rotor 20 by means of a crank pin 19. A crank shaft 17 is inserted into the bearings 3, 7 fixed to the bearing housing 1 and screwed therewith. The guide rotor 20 is inserted so that its contact point contacts the sliding surface 15 of the rotary mechanism 2. An instant center of the rotary mechanism 2 and a center of the crank pin 19 on the instant center are synthesized for boosting.
