Title:
CORELESS MOTOR ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03169249
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make a smaller rotor by a simple manufacturing means by arranging a commutator pattern and a coil pattern radially around a rotation shaft and on the same face of a sheet substrate.

CONSTITUTION: A pattern of six commutators 2 of the same size formed by the printing method or other methods is arranged radially around a rotation shaft hole 1A made in a sheet substrate 1. A pattern of three coils 3 formed by the printing method is arranged around the commutator pattern. If a coil pattern 4 is formed on the other face of the substrate 1 in the same manner, even larger driving force is obtained. A very thin coreless motor rotor can be easily made by thus forming the commutator pattern and the coil pattern on the same face of the sheet substrate.
