Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize the easy and quick setting of forms and demolding and, at the same time, contrive to improve the appearance of the inner surface of a hollow PC beam to be produced.
CONSTITUTION: A coring form device is equipped with a hanging rod 10, which is vertically moved towards within a trough-like form 1, a pair of sheathings 20, which are arranged at both the sides of the hanging rod and movable within the trough-like form 1 and, at the same time, at the lower end of which fitting parts 23 are formed so as to oppose to each other, a plurality of link members 30, both the ends of each of which are respectively and pivotally connected with the hanging rod 10 and with the respective sheathings 20, and a cotter 40, which is provided at the lower end of the hanging rod 10. In addition, the cotter 40 is so constituted as to be fitted between the lower end fitting parts of both the sheathings 20, which are acted so as to part from each other by means of the link members 30, when the hanging rod 10 is displaced downwards relative to the sheathings 20.
