To provide a cornea or conjuctive curing cultured sheet by which a high curing effect is expected by the metaplasia of conjuctiva epitheliocyte into a cornea epitheliocyte state through the use of epitheliocyte, and to provide its manufacturing method.
The cornea or conjuctiva curing cultured epitheliocyte sheet consists of a cultured conjuctiva which is obtained by sowing the conjuctiva epitheliocyte on a culture dish (1) or a substrate other than amnion (2) and culturing the conjuctiva epitheliocyte. The cornea or conjuctiva curing cultured sheet is produced by sowing the conjuctiva epitheliocyte on the culture dish (1) or the substrate other than amnion (2) and culturing the conjuctiva epitheliocyte, so as to obtain a cultured conjuctiva epitheliocyte sheet.
