Title:
CORNEAL CELL PHOTOGRAPHIC DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07313462
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain good images of a wide range which are uniform over the entire surface and have prescribed brightness by improving the corneal cell images having the brightness grading in a width direction obtd. thus far with the conventional corneal cell photographic device.

CONSTITUTION: The eyeball surface 2 is subjected to slit illumination from a direction diagonal with the eye axis 21. The focusing of the magnified image of the part to be inspected on the light receiving surface 22 of a television camera 23 is detected by the reflected light from the eyeball surface in a photodetector 8 for detecting the focusing on the optical axis 141 through an objective lens 15. A stroboscope 8 is made to emit light and the image signal of the magnified image of the part to be inspected outputted from the television camera 23 is made into the signal flat over the entire part by a shading correction circuit. A prescribed luminance component is added to this signal in a luminance level correcting circuit so that the signal is taken out as the image output signal of the uniform and prescribed brightness.
