PURPOSE: To improve the watertightness when a waterproof work of the external angle and the internal angle of a rooftop is executed by using a thermoplastic resin closed cell layer provided with a plates thin layer thereon and a laminated body constituted of a pressure sensitive adhesive layer and a separator layer.
CONSTITUTION: A heat resisting thin layer film 8 such as polyethylene terephthalate base is piled on a closed cell body sheet 6 consisting of thermoplastic resin such as polyolefin basis. Next a pressure sensitive adhesive material 6 consisting of rubber and the like of high adhesive strength against concrete is spread on the back, and this is coated with a separator layer film 7. Next, this is heated, pressed, and molded in a metal mold so as to become a compact 1. When it is used, the separator 7 is removed, and by putting it on a corner part, it becomes attached to a backing by a small force and closely fitted. Further by the film 8, even if asphalt roofing is executed by thermal construction method, the compact is not deformed, and the mechanical strength is improved. Hereby, the watertightness is improved so as to perfectly prevent water leakage, and the work can be easily executed.
