To improve an external appearance by molding a metal sheet into a double-layer shape material having a first coupling section coupled with one wall material of both wall materials kept perpendicular to each other and a second coupling section coupled with the other wall material by roll machining.
This corner post material 11 made of a double-layer shape material is molded with a double-layer outer corner wall section 12 having a large ridge-shaped cross section, a double-layer inner corner wall section 13 having a small ridge-shaped cross section and a slant wall section 14 connecting the apexes of both the outer and inner corner wall sections 12, 13. A first coupling section 15 is formed between one side section 13 a of the inner corner wall section 13 having the small ridge-shaped cross section and the opposite portion 12a' of the outer corner wall section 12 having the large ridge-shaped cross section facing one side section 13a. A second coupling section 16 is formed between the other side section 13b of the inner corner wall section 13 having the small ridge-shaped cross section and the opposite portion 12b' of the outer corner wall section 12 having the large ridge-shaped cross section. The opposite end sections 7a, 8a of both wall materials 7, 8 perpendicular to each other are coupled with the first coupling section 15 and the second coupling section 16 of the corner post material 11. The corner post material 11 is easily manufactured, and its cost can be reduced.
