PURPOSE: To control uneven magnetization accompanying a high-current output by miniaturizing a circuit loop on the secondary side of a power transformer and by balancing lengths of connection symmetrically with respect to each other.

CONSTITUTION: To correct uneven magnetization, a rectifying and smoothing circuit has a power transformer 1, a choke coil 2, a capacitor 3 and a diode stack 4, and is also equipped with power buses 5∼8, output buses 9∼10 and winding drawer parts 2a∼2d of the choke coil 2. Then, all winding drawer parts 1a∼1d of the power transformer 1 are drawn out in the same direction and caused to approach the choke coil 2. Out of the winding drawer parts 2a∼2d of said coil 2, both winding drawer parts 2a, 2c connected with the power transformer 1 are drawn out in one direction, and the winding drawer parts 2b, 2d connected with the capacitor 3 in another direction, respectively. Thus, respective windings of the power transformer 1 and the choke coil 2 can be directly connected with each other by connection of the power buses 5∼8 and the output buses 9∼10 without going via wiring auxiliaries.
