PURPOSE: To improve the chip resistance and prolong the endurance years by successively forming an undercoat layer consisting of the corrosion-proof paint containing cement group powder, middle coat layer impregnated on a fiber cloth, and an upper coat layer, on the outer surface of a corrosion-proof covering object such as water supply pipe.
CONSTITUTION: As for a corrosion-proof covering structure for a water pipe bridge which is exposed in particular to the atmosphere of a water supply pipe for water and sewage works, etc., an undercoat layer 2 consisting of the corrosion proof paint which is made by compounding the cement group powder as additive into a solvent type paint is formed on the outer surface of the corrosion-proof covering object 1 such as water supply pipe, and a tensile fiber cloth layer 3 is winding covered on the undercoat layer 2. Further, a middle coat layer 4 consisting of the corrosion-proof paint similar to the coating in impregnation in the fiber cloth layer 3 is formed, and an upper coat layer 5 consisting of the similar erosionproof paint is formed. The middle and upper paint coated layers 4 and 5 are set so that each cement powder content is relatively less than those in the under and middle coat layers 2 and 4 in the substrate.
