Abstract:
To provide a corrosion-resistant electronic substrate that improves corrosion resistance by blocking a corrosive gas, such as a hydrogen sulfide gas, and a corrosive gas blocking coating composition for forming a coating layer of the corrosion-resistant electronic substrate.SOLUTION: A corrosion-resistant electronic substrate 1 is obtained by forming a coating layer 4 on the entire surface or part of a substrate body 3 after an electronic component 2 is constructed thereon, and covering a conductive metal portion 20 including electrodes 21 of the electronic component 2 with the coating layer 4, and a measured value of the free volume radius of the coating layer 4 after curing measured by the positron annihilation lifetime method is 0.27 nm or less (not including 0). A corrosive gas blocking coating composition is a coating composition for forming the coating layer 4, and containing a resin composition in which a measured value of the free volume radius of the coating layer 4 after curing measured by the positron annihilation lifetime method is 0.27 nm or less (not including 0), and a solvent therefor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
