Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time for replacement work of a cutting blade performed before production of a small corrugated board sheet.SOLUTION: A corrugated board sheet carton former 1 includes: a slotter 6 which performs grooving of a downstream-side end and upstream-side end in the conveyance direction of a corrugated board sheet; a die cutter 7 which is arranged downstream of the slotter 6 in the conveyance direction and includes a die cylinder 71 mounted with a punching die 72 and an anvil cylinder 70; a cutting blade 74 which works in cooperation with the anvil cylinder 70 to cut the corrugated board sheet SS2 grooved by the slotter 6 into two small corrugated board sheets SC1, SC2 in a direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction; and an elevating mechanism 110 which raises and lowers the cutting blade 74 so as to change a position of the cutting blade 74 with respect to a corrugated board sheet passing through the anvil cylinder 70 between a cutting position capable of cutting the corrugated board sheet and a non-cutting position incapable of cutting the corrugated board sheet.
