PURPOSE: To form a corrugated cardboard box having adsorbing function of gas such as ethylene gas, by a method wherein a liner having permeability is stuck at least to one side of a corrugated core formed of synthetic paper containing porous mineral fine particles having ion exchange function.

CONSTITUTION: Synthetic paper 4 is formed wavily by a corrugating machine, in a core 1. The synthetic paper 4 is obtained by casting and curing synthetic resin for formation of a synthetic resin layer 43, into which porous mineral fine particles are dispersed, into a space between a first and second paper base materials 41, 42 under a molten state. In addition, it does not matter whether the second paper base material 42 is permeable or impermeable. Although the synthetic resin is not limited especially, for example, polyethylene and polypropylene are mentioned. Although porous mineral fine particles having ion exchange function is not limited especially, ceramic particles such as zeolite and cristobalite are mentioned and fine matter whose diameter is several μm or less is preferable.
