Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a composition for bleaching hair in the form of a fine, anhydrous, fluid, homogeneous and non-dusty powder which disperses fully in an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution.
CONSTITUTION: This pulverulent anhydrous cosmetic composition for bleaching hair contains a peroxidized compound as an oxidizing agent and further 10-27 wt.% at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, a derivative of the polyethylene glycol and a derivative of the polypropylene glycol which are anhydrous and both liquid and water- soluble at room temperature.
