Abstract:
To provide a cosmetic composition for treating hair, skin and nails.
The cosmetic composition comprises about 0.001 to about 25 wt.%, based on polymer solids, of a stable dispersion in an aqueous salt solution of a cationic, anionic or nonionic polymer having a weight-average molecular weight of from about 10,000 to about 50,000,000 g/mol.
