To provide a cosmetic in which a readily deterioratable lipophilic ingredient is formulated in a manner that it is stable with time and to provide a production method of the cosmetic.
Provided are a cosmetic comprising a higher alcohol, an oil component, a polysaccharide component, and a readily deterioratable lipophilic component, wherein the higher alcohol component comprises two or more higher alcohols of melting points of 45C or higher and is contained in an amount of 0.8-20 wt.% based on the entire weight of the cosmetic, the oil component is contained in an amount of 1-35 wt.% based on the entire weight of the cosmetic, and the polysaccharide component comprises at least one type of constituent monosaccharides selected from among fucose, glucose, glucuronic acid, and rhamnose, contains fucose and/or rhamnose as side chains, and is contained in an amount of 0.01-1 wt.% based on the entire weight of the cosmetic, and the readily deterioratable lipophilic component is contained in an amount of 0.01-5 wt.% based on the entire weight of the cosmetic. The production method thereof is disclosed.
