To provide a cosmetic roller apparatus which properly stimulates the skin surface of the face to improve the circulation of the blood without moving the muscles much by only being brought into slight contact with the skin of the face nearly uniformly and therefore achieves an effect of activating metabolism and which massages the skin without using the hand much.

The cosmetic roller apparatus is provided with: two cylindrical rollers 1a and 1b; a support member 2 for rotatably supporting the rollers; and a driving mechanism for rotating each of the rollers. The support member supports each of the rollers so that the axial directions of the rollers are nearly parallel to each other. The driving mechanism rotates the rollers in directions opposite to each other so that the rollers pull the skin with each other when each of the rollers is made to abut on the skin.
