A cosmetic powder in a hopper 1 is supplied to a conveyer 2 by a supplying means 12 to form the layer of cosmetic 5. In order to form a tablet of cosmetic, the layer of the cosmetic 5 is tabletted and compacted. Then, the conveyer belt 2 is formed of an air transmitting material. Opposing to the tabletting and compacting means 7, a supporting plate 22 drilled with plural numbers of holes is installed below the conveyer belt 2. In this way, the air is discharged when forming the cosmetic tablet. Therefore, the cosmetic tablet can be prevented from being layered or causing another irregular state.
