To obtain a cosmetic excellent in transcription prevention and persistent cosmetic effect without adverse effect on the skin feeling by formulating a specific silicone elastomer, an adhesive resin and a solid oil.

Crushed silicone elastomer, an adhesive resin and a solid oil, in addition, a powder are formulated to produce this cosmetic. The crushed silicone elastomer is prepared by wet-crushing a silicone elastomer in a solvent or an oil. The adhesive resin is a trimethyl-siloxysilicic acid-acryl-silicone graft copolymer. These silicone elastomer and adhesive resin are preferably swollen with or dissolved in a volatile silicone or a silicone oil. As a solid oil, are cited cacao fat, lauryl alcohol or the like. The powder is, for example, a nylon powder, silica or the like. The amounts of the crushed silicone elastomer, the adhesive resin, the solid component and the powder are preferably (1-40):40:(0.1-40):(0.1-50) pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the cosmetic, respectively.
