Abstract:
To provide cosmetics that are easy to handle, have high storage stability, and can be attached to the surface of the skin or hair as fine particles, and to provide a hairdressing device capable of efficiently adhering the cosmetic to the surface of the skin and hair.SOLUTION: Provided are: a cosmetic that is solid at room temperature, contains at least one organic substance capable of generating fine particles with an average particle size of 1 μm or less by heating or crushing, and contains no liquid, cream, or gel component; and a hairdressing device comprising a cosmetic holding portion for holding the cosmetic, a heating portion that heats the cosmetic held in the cosmetic holding portion, and a jet portion for jetting out fine particles generated by heating by the heating portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
