Abstract:
To provide a cosmetics impregnated sheet which is excellent in impregnating and retaining performance, has good skin touch during using, can efficiently immigrate effective components from the sheet to the skin, is excellent in UV preventing, moisture keeping, slimming, promoting blood circulation, whitening, etc., corresponding to the effective components.
This cosmetics impregnated sheet is made by impregnating cosmetics into a fiber structure body with at least three layers of fiber structure comprising an inner layer comprising mainly hydrophobic fiber aggregate and upper and lower outer layers comprising mainly hydrophilic fiber aggregate.
