Abstract:
PURPOSE: To sharply improve the reliability of counting and the safeness of handling.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of manufacturing chip cards, the end of each chip card is delivered to an X-ray field in order to counting up chip cards 1, 2. Measurement to be executed by images having respectively different X-ray radiation due to the passage of X-ray radiation 7 is executed by passing plastic card structure capable of comparatively passing X-ray radiation and passing the metallic connection part of a chip. The radiant ray absorption of an obtained image is counted by the number of passed absorption signals.
