PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easily giving a communication function to existing equipment subsequently.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, to solve this problem, a cylindrical electrode 63 includes a first divided electrode part 631 and a second divided electrode part 632. The first divided electrode part 631 is opened to a second partial case part 624. The second divided electrode part 632 is opened to a first partial case part 623. A passage 65 is formed within the electrode 63. The first divided electrode part 631 has a first contact part 6311 that is provided in a direction from a central axis of the electrode 63 to outward, and that has elasticity. The second divided electrode part 632 includes a second contact part 6321 that is provided oppositely to outer periphery of the first contact part 6311. And the first contact part 6311 is structured to contact to the second contact part 6321 by elastic deformation.
