PURPOSE: To shorten the period of construction as well as curtail the cost of the construction by providing a bearing lever for the structure to be connected through a connector to the tip of the exposure of an earth anchor to be buried under the ground and also a steel coupler for temporary sheathing to be attached to the exposure of the earth anchor.

CONSTITUTION: A steel material 8 for sheathing is driven into a sloped ground, and the sloped ground on the valley side is excavated to form a flat ground 9. An earth anchor 1 is slantly penetrated into the sloped ground, an H-steel material 2a is attached to the steel plate 8, a bearing plate 2c, together with a bearer 3b, are thrust through the anchor 1, and they are clamped with a nut 2d. A structure 10 is constructed on the flat ground 9, a support lever 3 is thrust through the hole 10a of the structure 10, and one end of the lever 3 is screwed with the tip of the anchor 1 by a connector 4. A bearing lever 5 is pierced through the tip of the lever 3 and clamped with a nut 6.
