To control a press bonding force by welding a coupling part between a thermoplastic tube and a mounting member by a high frequency electric field, thereby avoiding reception of a large twisting stress by the tube coupling part.
When a mandrel of a quick connector 1 made of polyamide molding mass is covered with a tube 2 made of the same polyamide molding mass, the tube 2 is captured by two clamping jaws 3. Connecting pressure necessary for welding is operated by the jaws 3. Further, the jaws 3 made use of electrodes. Corresponding electrode 4 is inserted into the connector 1. A high frequency electric field is given between both the electrodes, thereby heating the masses of the connector 1 and tube 2 to weld the tube 2 to the connector 1 at their boundary surfaces. When it is cooled in a short time, the welded position can be mechanically loaded.
