Abstract:
To provide a coupling structure and coupling method of two members capable of firmly and readily coupling the two members.SOLUTION: A coupling structure of two members includes: one member 30 having a first side wall 31, second side wall 32, and connection wall 33; and the other member 14 formed of a tabular coupling wall. First step parts 31a of the first side wall 31 are inserted into first engagement holes 21 from the other surface 25 side of the other member 14, and abutted on a first engagement hole perimeter from one surface 24 side. A no-step-formed end surface 31c of the first side wall 31 is abutted on the other surface 25 of the other member 14. The first step parts 31a and the no-step-formed end surface 31c together clamp the first engagement hole perimeter of the other member 14. Thus, the first side wall 31 is coupled to the other member 14. A second step part 32a of the second side wall 32, and a bent piece 32b, which is inserted into a second engagement hole 22 from the other surface 25 side, and bent along the one surface 24 of the other member 14, together caulk a second engagement hole perimeter of the other member 14, so that the second side wall 32 is coupled to the other member 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
