Abstract:
To provide a cover attachment apparatus capable of removing a sheet bundle left in the apparatus in a short time when a job is stopped on the way of executing the job in a book-binding mode.SOLUTION: When a job is stopped on the way of executing the job in a book-binding mode, sheets for inner paper not loaded on a sheet loading tray 520 by the time the job is stopped are fed to an adhesive part C, a sheet bundle loaded on the sheet loading tray by the time the job is stopped is glued by a gluing part B, and the glued sheet bundle is wrapped, by the adhesive part, with the sheets for inner paper fed to the adhesive part, and is then fed to a book-binding discharge part E.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
