To prevent a small child from entering into an equipment body and being shut up therein by opening/closing an opening part of the equipment body with a cover body, locking the cover body into a closed state by a locking device, and holding the locking device in a lock state by external operation.
When a cover body is closed and locked in the closed state by a locking device 22, since a current is not applied to a solenoid 25, an operating body 26 is not pulled in. In this state, the cover body can be opened by operating a cover opening/closing part 21 to rotate a hook 20 upward. The cover body is closed, a power switch is turned on, and when a setting switch is pressed for initial time in an initial state until the start of operation, an operating piece provided at the tip of the operating body 26, and a holding part 22a provided at the locking device 22 are put in out of lock, and a lock holding state is released. In this state, the cover opening/closing part 21 is operated to rotate the hook 20 upward. Lock to the locking device 22 is thereby released, and the cover body can be opened.
