PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a shaft part to be inserted into an opening part easily to thereby prevent brakage of a support shaft part and a receiving part by providing the opening part larger than the dia. of the shaft part in the slantly lower direction of the receiving part.
SOLUTION: A support shaft part 29 is formed at one end of a cover 27 and a cylindrical shaft part 31 is fixed between two protecting support wall parts formed integrally with both sides of outer wall of a cover 27. A receiving part 32 is formed integrally with the outer circumference of a block body 26 and an opening part 34 is formed towards the slantly lower direction. The size of the opening L3 is set larger than the dia. L4 of the shaft part 31, and the shaft part 31 can be easily inserted and supported in the opening 34 and connected to the block body 26 so that it can rotate freely. A closing part is formed at an upper end of an outer cover 36 in an integrated manner therewith, and it closes the opening part 34 of the receiving part 32 with a terminal fixing part being covered and the shaft part 31 is stored to be rotatable freely. In this way deformation or brakage of the receiving part and separation of the cover are prevented, resulting in improvement of workability.
