Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent clothes or an article from being wet with rain drops during bringing of an umbrella, by surely collecting rain drops sticking to the outer surface of the umbrella into a cover part so that the umbrella can be brought through a department store or a store.
CONSTITUTION: A cover part 14 with which the outer periphery of an umbrella part 6 is covered from one end side of a shank upon closing of the umbrella part 6 after use under raining, collects rain drops.
