PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel consumption by reducing air resistance, by effectively cooling an exhaust system by flowing air between the exhaust system and an under cover, by introducing the air, without hindering a straightened flow of an air flow by a joining part between a front bumper and the under cover, by stably securing a position to a vehicle body, by enhancing joining strength by improving end part rigidity of the front bumper and the under cover by a duct protrusion part or the like for forming a duct opening part for introducing the air.SOLUTION: A cover structure comprises a front bumper 2 provided in a vehicle body front part 1 and an under cover 3 provided in the vehicle rear of a lower part of the front bumper 2 and covering the lower side of an engine room E, and a rear end part 2a of the front bumper 2 and a front end part 3a of the under cover 3 are arranged in a superposed manner in a vehicle lower side view, and the duct protrusion part 8 is provided in the front bumper 2 of this superposed part, and the duct opening part 9 is formed in a vehicle front side view by the duct protrusion part 8, and the front bumper 2 and the under cover 3 are joined in the superposed position and in a vicinal position of the duct opening part 9.
