Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain covered elastic yarn having good covering properties, a compact yarn shape, low torque characteristics, good stretchability, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The objective covered elastic yarn is produced by using conjugate filament having structural crimps such as polyurethane-polyamide eccentric core-sheath type conjugate filament. After covering with the conjugate filament, crimps of the conjugate filament forming the covering yarn are developed.
