A washer 5, a spool 6, another washer 7, a backplate 13 and a spring washer 14 are put on the outer circumference of the hollow shaft 3 behind the collar part 3c of the shaft 3. A front cover 2 is detachably attached to the outer circumference of a cylindrical part 1b by screwing, etc. A line winding rotor 8 is fixed to the front end of the rotary shaft 4. The washers 5, 7 are made of a relatively soft material such as felt or leather. The line-escape preventing part α of the washer 5 is slidably contacted with the inner circumference of the rotor 8 and the line-escape preventing part β of the washer 7 is slidably contacted with the inner circumference of the front cover 2.
