PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane system and an installation method of the crane system, allowing easy and efficient installation of the crane system.SOLUTION: A crane system comprises plural rails 3, 3 ... arranged continuously in a longitudinal direction on an outer periphery cure foothold (structure) 10, and a crane 5 capable of traveling along the rails. The crane 5 can travel along the rails 3 installed on the outer periphery cure foothold 10 when the rails 3 disposed on one end side of the arrangement are installed on the outer periphery cure foothold 10, and the crane 5 can lift the rails 3 which are not installed on the outer periphery cure foothold 10.
