Abstract:

To provide a crank shaft for an internal combustion engine for suppressing the generation of engine noise for a long period by maintaining the effect to reduce the generation of vibration of the crank shaft, through simple constitution.

In this crank shaft for an internal combustion engine, a damper weight 43 is mounted on a crank web 11b via an elastic member 44, such tat the center of gravity of the damper weight 43 approximately coincides with the rotary center axis of the crank shaft 10.
