Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the installation workability in relation to a track shoe, and to improve the durability of a crawler belt shoe by locking a hook fitting with one edge of the track shoe, and directly installing the other end thereof with a bolt from a link side of the track shoe.
SOLUTION: A band plate 1 is formed with a grouser 10 directed to a grounding surface. A hook fitting 3 is welded to a bottom surface 11 between the grousers 10, 10. On the other hand, the band plate 1 is formed with a bolt hole 4 at a side opposite to the hook fitting 3. A rubber pad 5 is welded to the band plate 1 by vulcanizing welding at a grounding side in the cross direction of a crawler belt shoe, and a welding part of the hook fitting 3 is embedded in this rubber pad 5. Cross directional ends of the band plate 1 are covered with the rubber. The crawler belt shoe is locked with one edge of the track shoe 11 by the hook fitting 3, and a bolt 13 is screwed with a cap nut 2 of the opposite side through a bolt hole 12 of the track shoe 11 so as to install the crawler belt shoe.
