Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain operation facilitation at a turning time in a vehicle having a steering front wheel in the forward of a machine body and a crawler drive wheel in the rearward thereof, in a crawler running control device for a mobile vehicle running on the muddy ground, unleveled ground of much irregularity and the snowheaped ground. SOLUTION: In a machine body 1, right/left steering front wheels 2 are provided, in addition, endless track belt type right/left crawler wheels 3, 3 and drive wheels 4, 4 driving the crawler wheel by right/left individual peripheral speeds are provided. Further, a steering angle sensor 6 detecting a steering angle of a steering handle 5 is provided, a discriminating means 7 is provided, which discriminates a change in a direction of large detection value of the steering angle sensor 6 in the case of gentle and rapid change. A hoist mechanism 8, 8 is provided, which outputs control of the drive wheel 4, 4 so as to give a change of peripheral speed difference of turn inner/outer wheel of the crawler wheel 3, and brings upward the front or rear of the right/left crawler wheel 3, in accordance with discrimination. In this way, steering is detected in the steering angle sensor 6, the hoist mechanism 8 in a crawler inner wheel side is operated.
