Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forest work machine with crawlers in which work efficiency can be improved by providing fall prevention by keeping a platform, including a cabin and a boom, level when forest work on a slope is performed.SOLUTION: In a crawler type forest work machine (1) that has a platform (4), including a cabin (2) and a boom (3), rotatably mounted on an undercarriage with crawlers (5), a stabilizer (6) is interposed between the platform and the undercarriage body with crawlers. The stabilizer includes a fixed frame (7) that is attached to the undercarriage and a movable frame (8) that is attached to a swivel bearing (14) of the platform (4). The one end of the movable frame is connected to the fixed frame by a fixed shaft (17) so that the movable frame can rotate. A reciprocating type hydraulic cylinder (20) to swing the movable frame about the fixed shaft relative to the fixed frame is connected between the fixed frame and the other end of the movable frame.
