Abstract:
To provide a crawler type travel body to which a brake function can be easily mounted without enlarging the travel body.SOLUTION: A crawler type travel body includes: wheels around which crawlers are stretched; a disk; a disk connection part which connects the wheels to the disk, and causes the wheels to rotate together with the disk; a brake caliper which holds the disk using a brake pad; a motor which opens/closes the brake pad; and a motor control part for controlling a degree of opening/closing of the brake pad by controlling the motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
