PURPOSE: To enable continuous operation to prevent time loss and to enhance initial printability by providing a heating part changing the temp. of a metal mask.
CONSTITUTION: In a cream solder printer constituted so that cream solder 4 is applied to a printed circuit board 1 through a metal mask having aperture parts of desired patterns formed thereto by the movement of a squeegee 3, a heater 6 capable of changing the temp. of the metal mask 2 is provided to the mounting part of the metal mask 2. The temp. of the metal mask 2 is changed to the temp. optimum to the rolling of the cream solder 4 by the use of this heater 6. By this constitution, printability is good even at the time of initial printing and trial printing due to a worker performed heretofore is unnecessary and time loss can be also prevented because continuous operation is possible.
