Abstract:
To suppress a crime by creating such environment that it is difficult for a person except a user to freely act under environment that there are few entrance and exit of unspecified persons.
The crime is suppressed by recognizing a person by using an image recognition device, etc. with respect to information recorded with a camera, etc., comparing recognized data with person data preliminarily registered in a database, emitting signals such as guidance and warning by a warning device, etc. when an unregistered person passes through, reinforcing a monitoring system and creating such environment that it is difficult for neither the unregistered person nor a suspicious person to freely act.
