PURPOSE: To prevent trespass from having an influence upon another specific monitor section by outputting a locking command to electric locks of passage doors to all other specific monitor sections to disable passage at the time of detecting the occurrence of trespass in one specific monitor section.

CONSTITUTION: When receiving the state of a private part and card information from a card reader 2 by a transmission part 1-2, a host computer 1 records this information on a printer 3 by a display recording part 1-5. When the occurrence of abnormality or trespass in the private part is detected, an LED 4 is lit and a buzzer 5 is sounded to generate an alarm, and the signal is transferred to an automatic locking command part 1-1 in the case of the occurrence of trespass. This command part 1-1 sends the locking signal through the transmission part 1-2 to lock the other private parts, and each card reader receives the locking signal to automatically lock an electric lock 8 in case of the unlock state.
