Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a crimp sheet capable of peeling a product formed by crimp treatment smoothly with appropriate force and capable of suppressing deterioration of an adhesive force due to deformation of the product.SOLUTION: A crimp sheet manufacturing method for manufacturing a crimp sheet in which sheets P are pressure-bonded in a detachable state, comprising: a step of forming an adhesive layer containing a powder adhesive Tn on the sheet; a fixing step of heating the adhesive layer formed on the sheet to fix it to the sheet; a step of superimposing a region where the adhesive layer is formed and fixed on the sheet and a region where another adhesive layer on the same sheet as or a different sheet from the sheet is formed and fixed so that the regions face each other; and a crimping step of applying pressure to the superimposed position under heating to crimp the portion, wherein the breaking strain of the crimped position is 10% or more and less than 1000%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
