A crimping blade push-out cam plate 98 composed of a primary cam surface 107, a secondary cam surface 108, and a tertiary cam surface 109, making adjacent crimping blades 96 out of the plurality of crimping blades move downwards with a timing different from each other, is arranged to the crimping part 87.
