The cross-cutting circular saw disk has a surface plate 10 used for placing wood W on its surface and having the positioning projection 11 coming into contact with the back of the wood W, the circular saw 20 positioned under the surface plate 10 and raised to cut the wood W, the lift cover 30 provided above the circular saw 20, allowed to fall to press and fix the wood W to the surface plate 10 and covering at least the upper side part of the circular saw 20 and the press part 41 provided on the front side of the surface plate 10 and pressing the front of the wood W to the front end part of the surface plate 10 to fix the wood W with respect to the positioning projection 11 and constituted of the moving cover 40 for covering both left and right side surfaces and front of the circular saw 20, the fixing member 50 provided so as to surround the almost first half part of the moving cover 40 and a pair of the start switches 60 respectively attached to both left and right side surfaces of the fixing member 50 and pressing both of them to advance the moving cover 40.
