Title:
CROSSLINKED FLUORORUBBER COMPOSITION, WIRING MATERIAL USING THE SAME, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND CATALYST COMPOSITION FOR SILANE CROSSLINKING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2021155590
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a wiring material combining long-term heat resistance, low-temperature flexibility, and mechanical characteristics, a method for manufacturing the same, a crosslinked fluororubber composition capable of forming a coating layer of the wiring material, and a catalyst composition for silane crosslinking.SOLUTION: There are provided: a crosslinked fluororubber composition obtained by subjecting, to a crosslinking reaction treatment, a crosslinkable fluororubber composition which contains 5-150 pts.mass of an inorganic filler, 1.0-4.0 pts.mass of a hindered phenolic antioxidant, and 1.0-12.0 pts.mass of a zinc salt of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole based on 100 pts.mass of a base polymer containing 15-50 mass% of a tetrafluoroethylene-propylene copolymer fluororubber and 50-85 mass% of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin; a wiring material having a coating layer formed of the crosslinked fluororubber composition; a method for manufacturing the wiring material; and a catalyst composition for silane crosslinking.SELECTED DRAWING: None
