PURPOSE: To provide crosslinked polyvinyl chloride resin in which discoloration due to heating is inhibited without damage in original excellent characteristic properties by adding phosphorous triester to crosslinkable polyvinyl chloride resin composition.
CONSTITUTION: From 0.5 to 5pts.wt. of phosphorous triester of the formula is added to 100pts.wt. of crosslinkable polyvinyl chloride resin compsn. The crosslinkable polyvinyl chloride resin compsn. contains polyvinyl chloride resin, or copolymer, graft copolymer or blend consisting mainly of polyvinyl chloride and polyfunctional monomer having at least two unsaturated gp to carry out effectively crosslinking reaction. If necessary, the polyvinyl chloride resin compsn. may contain plasticizer, stabilizer, lubricant, fire retardant, antioxidant, colorant, filler, etc.
