Abstract:
To provide a crosslinked silicone rubber that has reduced smell and reduced discoloration.
An organic peroxide represented by the formula (1) (wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each a 1-10C linear or branched chain alkyl group) or a composition thereof is used as a crosslinking agent for silicone rubber to produce crosslinked rubber having largely reduced smell and discoloration compared with a conventional crosslinking agent.
