Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive space saving and cost reduction while securing excellent thermal efficient possessed by a regenerative burner.
SOLUTION: In the heat storage unit 14 of a single heat storage chamber type regenerative burner 13, attached to a proper place on the wall surface of a furnace body, combustion air is preheated by waste heat when the combustion exhaust gas is discharged out of the furnace through gas exhausting/ supplying pipes 15a, 16b and combustion air is introduced into the furnace through the exhausting/supplying pipes 15a, 15b and heat storage communicating holes 14a, 14b in the heat storage unit 14 while depriving waste heat of the combustion exhaust gas.
