To provide a crude-oil cracked liquid which is sprayed and agitated so that an environmental pollution due to a fossil crude-oil flowage accidents having frequently occurred in places all over the world can be easily prevented.

The crud-oil cracked liquid is produced by mixing a vegetable edible oil with methanol, sodium hydroxide and diluted sulfuric acid, agitating the resultant mixture for the determined time while keeping it at the determined temperature, and thereafter adding a neutralization liquid to an extract precipitated by reaction. The crude-oil cracked liquid is sprayed against a crude oil through a ship, etc., which has flowed out over the sea due to the crude-oil flowage accident, so that enlargement of pollution can be prevented.
